These terms cover the use of the application Nanopower Social Automation (“the App”). They do not cover the nanopowerhpl.com website or any product sold through it.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for businesses. It is connected by a business that authorises it, through Meta’s own login flow, to work on accounts that business owns or administers. It is not offered to consumers and creates no relationship with the customers of a connected business.
2. What the App does
On the instruction of a connected business, the App reads and answers comments and messages on that business’s own Instagram and Facebook Page, publishes and moderates that business’s own content, reads the performance of that business’s own advertising, and collects the leads submitted through that business’s own lead forms. It acts only on the accounts selected during the grant.
3. What each side is responsible for
The connected business is responsible for the accounts it connects, for the content it asks the App to publish, and for its own obligations to its customers. The App is responsible for acting only within the permissions granted, and for handling data as described in the privacy policy.
4. Meta’s terms come first
Use of the App is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Where these terms and Meta’s differ, Meta’s apply.
5. Ending it
A connected business can disconnect at any time from Settings → Business integrations in its Meta account; access stops immediately. Access may also be suspended where continuing would breach Meta’s policies or applicable law.
