Nanopower Social Automation (Meta App ID 1800426514282379)
Last updated: 18 September 2026

This page explains how to have data held by the application Nanopower Social Automation deleted. Two different situations are covered: a business that connected the App, and an individual whose comment or message the App handled.

If you are a business that connected the App

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or, in Meta Business Suite, Settings → Business assets → Connected apps).
  2. Find Nanopower Social Automation and choose Remove. This revokes the App’s access immediately; the access token stops working the same moment.
  3. To also have the stored records erased, email info@nanopowerhpl.com from an address associated with the business, naming the Page or Instagram account. Everything held for that business — comments, messages, replies, leads and tokens — is deleted within 30 days and a written confirmation is sent.

If you are an individual who commented or sent a message

  1. Email info@nanopowerhpl.com with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Include your Instagram username or Facebook name, and the business whose account you interacted with. That is enough to locate the record; no identity document is required.
  3. Your comments, messages and any reply history stored by the App are deleted within 30 days, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Deleting your data from the App does not remove the comment or message from Instagram or Facebook itself — those live on Meta’s platforms. To remove them there, delete them in the Instagram or Facebook app, or ask the business that owns the account.

What is deleted

All stored comment text, message text, generated replies, lead submissions and connected-asset records relating to the requester. Aggregated advertising statistics, which contain no personal data, are not affected.

How long it takes

Access is revoked immediately at step 1. Stored records are erased within 30 days of a written request. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their own rotation, and any copy of the deleted record is gone once that rotation completes.
