This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, who receives it and how you can exercise your rights. It covers nanopowerhpl.com and the enquiry forms published on it. The separate App Privacy Policy covers the Nanopower Social Automation application and nothing on this page changes it.

2. What this website collects
| Enquiry forms | Your name, e-mail address, subject and message, and the page you sent the form from. You decide what to write; please do not send sensitive personal data or other people’s personal data in the message field. |

3. The providers that receive data

These providers act on NanoPower’s instructions for the processing described above. For their own advertising purposes they act on their own responsibility, and their own policies apply in addition to this one.
4. Why the data is processed, and on what legal basis

5. How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for as long as the business relationship that follows them lasts. When no relationship follows, or when the relationship ends, the enquiry is deleted, except where commercial or tax law requires the record to be kept for a set period. Analytics event data is kept for 2 months as stated above; the advertising providers apply their own retention periods to the data they hold. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time — see section 7.
6. International transfers
The providers in section 3 operate outside Türkiye and partly outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to them rely on the mechanisms those providers make available and that applicable law permits, including standard contractual clauses and the providers’ own adequacy or certification arrangements.
7. Your rights
You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, ask for a copy in a portable form, and withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@nanopowerhpl.com.
- Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) an application is made in writing or by another method the Personal Data Protection Board has approved, and it is answered within 30 days. You may also complain to the Board.
- If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may complain to the supervisory authority of your country in addition to contacting us.
8. Cookies and how to refuse them
The providers in section 3 set cookies and similar identifiers when you use this website. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, and you can use each provider’s own opt-out, for example the Google Analytics browser add-on. Blocking them does not stop you from using the website or sending an enquiry; it stops the visit from being measured.
9. Changes to this policy
This page is updated when the processing it describes changes. The date at the top always shows the version in force.
